Everything I own is rubbish.

So through [info]piratecore, I found out that [info]reidsrow is hosting a sort of "Draw a Harry Potter Character A Day" for a while.

I've come along a couple days late, but I'll try to catch up and keep up.

Here's a Ron! <3

I just re-read the scene where he's sneaking around to practice before trying out for Quidditch, to avoid the embarrassment of Harry/his Brothers. So that's what I drew.

I SHOULD have drawn the part where he "looks sadly down at his apple pie" when Hermione is making them leave the great hall and go do something else.

ETA: Neville! who is delighted that he has stunned Harry, even if Harry DID have his back turned at the time.

PS: Turns out, Cream Soda + Buttershots = ButterBeer. mmmm. Now we just have to find a way to sneak these into the theater.

this is so RAD! He looks so gangly and nervous. You did an awesome job capturing the wonder that is Ron Weasley!

Also, ahahahah I totally forgot about that apple pie line. I remember laughing
SO HARD the first time I read it.

I'm pretty behind on the harry potter drawing a day thing as well (only having done one) but I think I'm going to give them all a shot anyways.

Or at least the characters I like anyways.

aww thank you dear! that means a ton coming from someone whose artwork always makes me drool. :D i love ron so much.

and yes! the food stuff. tod and i were just saying earlier today that she LOVES to write about food, but for whatever reason, the way she does it always seems like it's this important clue. at one point there was some line that was like "Ginny chose a baked potato" that we were (jokingly) saying "BUT WHAT DOES IT MEAN!?"

:D

(PS: I added my Neville, and I hope you do a few more at least! This meme needs to get way bigger.)

these are so cuuuuute!!

Hooray, more Harry Potter-related stuff to stop me from getting ready for Con! Whoo!

(I also just finished re-reading that book, and I recall being somewhat mystified by Ginny's baked potato selection.)
